HR Advisory
I work with both company and HR leaders on a limited basis to support the evolution of their HR priorities and approach. The projects I take on are always bespoke and are typically related to strategy, leadership and team effectiveness. Below are examples of recent work I’ve completed with clients:
Mentoring HR leaders preparing to step into the executive team
Acting as an ‘on call’ senior business partner to Founders and CEO’s to discuss a variety of tactical leadership team and company issues.
Reviewing and advising on HR strategy to develop more impactful and meaningful plans
Facilitating team effectiveness workshops with small leadership teams
Conflict resolution sessions within a founding team, on the behalf of investors
Providing interim direction and support to an HR function whilst a CPO was recruited.
I also work with Catalysis, supporting investors with team and organisation strategy both as a pre-investment due diligence requirement and as part of post-deal value creation plans.
