HR Advisory

I work with both company and HR leaders on a limited basis to support the evolution of their HR priorities and approach. The projects I take on are always bespoke and are typically related to strategy, leadership and team effectiveness. Below are examples of recent work I’ve completed with clients:

  • Mentoring HR leaders preparing to step into the executive team

  • Acting as an ‘on call’ senior business partner to Founders and CEO’s to discuss a variety of tactical leadership team and company issues.

  • Reviewing and advising on HR strategy to develop more impactful and meaningful plans

  • Facilitating team effectiveness workshops with small leadership teams

  • Conflict resolution sessions within a founding team, on the behalf of investors

  • Providing interim direction and support to an HR function whilst a CPO was recruited.

I also work with Catalysis, supporting investors with team and organisation strategy both as a pre-investment due diligence requirement and as part of post-deal value creation plans.
