Background
Before establishing my practice in 2022, I spent 15 years in People roles starting in the NHS before moving into high-growth technology businesses including five years as VP People at Depop, helping scale the team from 40 to 500+ people through Series A–C funding to a $1.6bn acquisition by Etsy. Alongside my operational career, I volunteered extensively in mental health and mentoring, completing formal training as both a certified executive coach (ICF/EMCC accredited training) and counsellor (PgDip, BACP registered).
I’ve now spent over 1,500 hours in sessions with clients across executive coaching, counselling, and strategic advisory. My work blends real executive operational experience, psychological depth, and practical coaching frameworks to help leaders evolve in their roles as they navigate growth, organisational complexity and change.
