I’ve spent over 1,500 hours in sessions with clients across executive coaching, counselling, and strategic advisory. My work blends real executive operational experience, psychological depth, and practical coaching frameworks to help leaders evolve in their roles, sharpen their self-awareness and navigate complex team and business dynamics.
Before establishing my practice in early 2022, I spent 15 years in People roles - starting in the NHS before moving into high-growth technology businesses. Most notably, I spent five years as VP People at Depop, helping scale the team from 40 to 500+ people through Series A–C funding to a $1.6bn acquisition by Etsy. Alongside my operational career, I volunteered extensively in mental health and mentoring, completing formal training as both a certified executive coach (ICF/EMCC accredited training) and counsellor (PgDip, BACP-registered).
Today, I work primarily with CEOs, COOs, executives, and leadership teams across UK SMEs, scale-ups, and investor-backed businesses navigating growth, organisational complexity, and commercial transitions.
