Chris has spent over 1,000 hours in sessions with clients across leadership coaching, counselling and mentoring alongside his work as a strategic adviser to management teams and investors. In his work, he blends executive experience, psychological principles and a broad coaching toolkit to support the development of his clients.
Before setting up his practice in early 2022, Chris spent 15 years of his career in HR roles, initially for the NHS before moving into the start-up world where he built People functions and leadership teams at high-growth businesses. This included five years as VP People at Depop, helping grow the team from 40 to 500+, from early-stage funding to a unicorn exit in 2021. Alongside this experience, Chris volunteered extensively in mental health and mentoring, training both as an executive coach (AOEC, 2017) and as a counsellor (BACP, 2014), providing a uniquely grounded and holistic approach to executive development.
